oh i see what thickness is on the CAE plates?

i think the price of the CAE kit it`s a little expensive.. it look more nice but i think the cad file it`s a ok option too.. i have heard them have quit to produce the CAE kit ? i don`t know.. the thinkness, if i remember right.. the biggest plate for the frontaxle it`s 4mm and all the other plates ...

well, my kit is not 100% perfect like the CAE/ gt/e kit, but with good welding and make holes in to the plate i think it will look ok.. here is a old pic from my 1600 front axle and plates..i think this plates was made by the autocad files i have.. http://i251.photobucket.com/albums/gg312/Fasefeil/2...

It was a 8v head the escorts have 16v he told, maybe thats the reason to some of them it`s faster some place on the tracks.

oh cool, it funny if you can get out something like that power of a 1200 ohv without turbo ?

that is a good question, i tought i see it self..only i can read in his project tread that it is a 16 v head..hmm but it looks like a 8v, maybe it is a 8v and the escort have 16v and i read wrong, i will ask him about that if its a 16v or 8v and come back with answer on that later
